Sayyidul Istighfar (Sayyidul Istighfar) : There are numerous Istighfar or forgiveness prayers found in the hadith. But the best Istegfar among all Istegfar is Sayedul Istegfar or the best supplication for forgiveness.

اَللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّىْ لآ إِلهَ إلَّ أَنْتَ خَلَقْتَنِىْ وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا استَطَعْتُ, أَعُوْذُبِكَ مِنْ شَر ِّمَا صَنَعْتُ, عُوْءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَىَّ وَأَبُوْءُ بِذَنْبِىْ فَاغْفِرْلِىْ, فَإِنَّهُ لَيَغْفِرُ الذُنُوْبَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ

Alla-humma anta rabbi la ila-ha illa anta khalaqtani, wa ana 'abduka wa ana 'ala 'ahdika wa wa'dika mastatwa'tu, a'uzubika min sharri ma chana'tu. Abuu laka bini'matika 'alaiya wa abuu biyambi fagfirli fainnahu la yagfiruz junuba illa anta.

Allahumma anta rabbee la ilaha illa anta,

- O Allah, You are my Lord, none has the right to be worshiped except You,

khalaqtanee wa-ana 'abduka,

- You created me and I am Your servant

wa-ana 'alaa 'ahdika wawa'dika mas-tata'tu,

- and I abide to Your covenant and promise [to honor it] as best I can,

a'oothu bika min sharri ma sana'tu,

- I take refuge in You from the evil of which I committed

aboo-o laka bini'matika 'alaya,

- I acknowledge Your favor upon me

wa-aboo-o bizambee, faghfir lee

- and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me,

fa-innahu la yaghfiruz-zunooba illa ant.

- for verily none can forgive sins except You.

One of the morning and evening prayers of Syedul Istegfa. It should be read once in the morning and once in the evening. But if read many times, then it is very good. Syedul Istegfar has many virtues. If Sayedul recites Istegfaar, Allah will forgive previous sins. Rasul (pbuh) said this. Therefore, it is better to do Syedul Istegfar regularly. It is good to read more. a good job According to a hadith, our Prophet (PBUH) used to recite 70 times in one sitting. From this it is understood that it is better to read more Syedul Istegfar. So we will recite Syedul Istegfar as much as we can, inshallah.
